Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions across all age groups.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures: endoscopic sinus surgery, thyroid/parathyroid surgery, head and neck tumour resection, laryngoscopy, robotic-assisted interventions.
• Collaborate with oncology, neurosurgery, pulmonology, radiology in MDT/tumor boards.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient education, teaching, and optional research.
• Utilize advanced EHR and surgical navigation systems.
• Balanced clinic/OR schedule with protected surgical time.

Best-in-Class Qualifications Required

• MBBS or equivalent from a recognized Indian medical college.
• ECFMG certification (required).
• Successful completion of all USMLE Steps 1, 2 CK, and 3.
• ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOHNS.
• Minimum 5 years of actual post-residency clinical experience.
• Documented case volumes in core ENT procedures.
• Unrestricted state medical license, DEA registration, hospital privileges.
• Preferred: Fellowship in head and neck oncology, neurotology, rhinology, facial plastic, or paediatric ENT.
